Hi, How are you? Hope you are doing well! I am happily settled in our house. I just love it! I can hardly believe all those inspections led to such a great house. I recommend you to everyone I talk to for inspections-just thought you should know. I'm sure I earned one of your IHI jackets by now!! Anyway, I am just writing you to see if you can recommend anyone for the sewer hook up. I had two guys come out and give estimates. One was really low and the other was aroud 4k. The higher one was from a friends recommendation, so I decided to go with him. The problem was he quoted me. I said ok to the quote and never heard back from him. Since I spent a lot oftime chasing him for the quote I though maybe I should look elsewhere.

Long story short I was hoping you could recommend someone because I like to know they are reputable.

I wish there were more companies out there that have one half of professional courtesy towards their potential clients as Larry Mingrone owner of I.H.I. We called company and left a message that we needed an estimate to get a house inspected that we wanted to purchase. Within 1 hour we were contacted and given all the information we needed. By end of day our Realtor was contacted and an inspection was set within 48 hours. Larry arrived before we did and it was the day after one of the brutal snowstorms of Feb.2011. He took my husband through every step of the inspection. We wound up not making this purchase because of a major problem found and a lot of others that weren't major but needed immediate attention.
